Without examining the article’s many statements, it is relevant to highlight, to any GOOSE firm targeting Vietnam’s public procurement market, the expected investments in related sectors, such as: Water treatment; Adaptation from Climate issues, and/or; Water related infrastructure. Although positioning European firms in that market is not straightforward, efficient solutions have a potential to win public contracts there.
