Although the project does not directly imply business for European firms, it shows the trend the country is taking towards the Energy transition. It is also worth highlighting what GOOSE likes promoting, that there are business opportunities in public procurement beyond the capital, Bogotá, in second tier cities, such as the current one, Barranquilla, Cali, Medellín, etc.
