The new gives interesting hints on the upcoming challenges of Vietnam, related to Climate change, mitigation and adaptation. It also lists the World Bank Group’s five priority policy packages. These will give way to projects, and hence tenders, to which European firms need to explore, be it as only bidders, or partnering with local firms.
