Although the headline may sound harsh, the international context, with Russia’s aggression on Ukraine, has shaken Europe’s political landscape, including that of traditional allies to the Kremlin such as Serbia. GOOSE will dig further into Serbia’s new parliamentary elections, specially its eventual implications in the public procurement field.
