This new just to highlight one of the purposes of GOOSE: as a test bed on how the EU’s strategy to open up foreign public procurement markets is factually helping European SMEs. Note that GOOSE, together with a B2P (business to procurer) is also pursuing a strategy B2B, by detecting local/hidden champions: i.e., firms within the 6 target markets, with whom European firms may act as subcontractors. This task shall be completed by SEPT/2022!
