Wind and solar in Chile already reach 31% of the electricity matrix

These renewable energy sources reached 9,183 MW, out of a total capacity of 29,704 MW. In addition, 4,442 MW are registered under construction, the bulk of the ventures would start operations between the remainder of the year and 2023.
