Construction of wastewater collection and management works and optimization of the water supply system, in the towns of La Libertad and Sabanetica in the municipality of San Onofre, department of Sucre. The project is co-financed by the Spanish Government through the Cooperation Fund for Water and Sanitation and the Government of Colombia through the Ministry of Housing, City and Territory.
