"NORCAP, operated by the Norwegian Refugee Council, is a global provider of expertise that contributes to solving challenges in the humanitarian, development, and peacebuilding sectors. NORCAP’s goal is to enable our partners to protect lives, rights and livelihoods of affected populations and strengthen their resilience before, during and after crisis. To this end, NORCAP seeks to enhance the capacity of the United Nations system, regional organisations, national and local actors, in all stages of crisis. NORCAP is seeking assistance in the development of a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning information system, for two inter-agency projects deploying NORCAP experts across humanitarian country operations globally."
