Digdir needs a contact center system in order to receive and answer user enquiries. They would like the contact center system to have telephony, chat, and the possibility of sending SMS. The system will be used by ID-porten and Altinn user support. The user supports operate via telephony, email, and chat. Email is handled in a separate system and is not part of this procurement.
The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract for 3 years, with an option for an extension of the contract to 1+1 year. The estimated contract value, including the option period, is between NOK 4.2 million to NOK 4.5 million, excluding VAT.
