The objective of the Energy Districts in Colombia–Phase IIproject (hereinafter referred to as UNIDO-ED2) is to foster and promote energy efficiencyand sustainable urban development by further promoting the development of Energy Districts in Colombian cities.The project aims to improve energy efficiency and reduce emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG) and ozone-depleting substances (ODS) from cooling and heating systems in buildings and utilities infrastructure inColombiancities.
