Japan – Groupware system for Japanese university

On the 22^nd of February, the Muroran Institute of Technology (https://muroran-it.ac.jp/en/) in Muroran (Hokkaido Prefecture, Japan) launched a public tender for a groupware system, a class of computer software that helps members of a group work better together. This tender concerns an open tendering procedure under the GPA-rules of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
