- Detailed assessment of the current processes and IT infrastructure behind administrative procedures comprised within the selected business episodes with recommendations on their digitalisation and enhancements
- Build digital infrastructure to enable digitalisation of selected business episodes and related processes, taking into consideration relevant legislative framework and requirement of interoperability with the existing digital infrastructure.
- Identify, propose and accept regulatory changes to enable full digitalisation of selected business episodes and related processes
- Build capacity of civil servants to manage the system and conduct newly established digital procedures"
